TECHNCIAL DATA

Supply of forming machine molds

1)We supply plastic heat contact thermoforming molds . The main compatible machine models are 510*570mm , 510x580mm, 520x580mm, 510x620mm , 760x540mm, 630x780mm, 700x950mm ect.

2). We manufacture molds not only for our own forming machines, but also supply molds compatible with equipment of the following brands: GN,  Litai, Honghua ect.

3)To proceed, customers only need to provide the dimension drawings of the original equipment's mold mounting holes and a sample.  

The mold layout

1) we will carry out layout design according to customer's product material and dimensions .

2) for square shaped products, we recommend the grid type layout.

3)cross type layout will be adopted for round shaped products 

4)it is generally recommended to reserve 7.5-10mm sheet margin on both sides of the mold , and 5-8mm gaps between cutting edges 

The mold on machine 

1) there is need customer provide old machine mould install drawing for make new mold 

2) customer need provide samples or 3D drawing to make sure product design 

3)all mould will be testing after mold ready and before mold shippment 

Rough Machining of Molds

Flat Grinding Process

Cavity insert manufacturing

1) The multi station forming molds are mainly divided into the forming mold, hole punching mold, cutting mold, and stacking mold . 

2) At the beginning of the mold machining process, we use high-speed CNC machines for rough machining to quickly achieve the required mold state.

1. All our mould mounting components undergo preliminary flat grinding prior to machining to ensure their horizontal flatness accuracy.
2. Once the cutting edges of all moulds have been machined, they are flat-ground on this large grinding machine to ensure the flatness of the cutting edges.

We utilize high-precision 5-axis machining centers to finish machine mold cavities. All products are precisely processed strictly following the finalized drawings with fine workmanship.

The mould ordering process

1) All mould bodies are machined from high-quality mould-grade aluminium.

2) For products of the same diameter but different heights, we recommend sharing cavities or the lower mould body to maximise cost savings for the customer.

1)The die cutting mold is processed with metal cutting tools,and the quenching hardness of the tools is 52HRC.

2)For square shaped products, we adopt shared blade design, which can improve material utilization by 10-15%.

Prior to muld production, we will draw up the technical drawings; the buyer and seller will confirm the product dimensions, locating pins, layout and other details, and the buyer will sign off on the mould drawings to authorise formal production.

1. Once machining of the mould on the machine tool is complete, it is left to stand for 24 hours to allow any grease inside the mould to drain out.

2. Manual intervention is required to further remove oil residues and burrs from the edges of the mould.

We will add logo information to the moulds in accordance with the customer's requirements, which are typically as follows:
1. The buyer's company logo
2. Material identification
3. Cavity number
4. Recycling symbol.

1)The mould finish after testing, there will be sent samples to customer examine . 

2) The moulds will undergo anti-rust treatment prior to dispatch and will be packed in fumigation-free wooden crates to ensure safe delivery.
