TECHNCIAL DATA

Supply of forming machine molds

1)We supply plastic vacuum forming mould , multi station thermoforming molds for our own factory's equipment. The main compatible machine models are 600*400mm , 720x1200mm, 720x850mm, 760x650mm.

2). We manufacture molds not only for our own forming machines, but also supply molds compatible with equipment of the following brands: GN, ILLIG, Kiefel, Asano, inpak, WM, Litai, Honghua, Hongyouxin ect.

3)To proceed, customers only need to provide the dimension drawings of the original equipment's mold mounting holes and a sample.  

The cutting mold process

1)  We offer two types of cutting dies for customers' selection: aluminum laser cutting dies and wooden laser cutting dies. Based on current mold manufacturing technology, wooden laser cutting dies can meet most production requirements. If customers do not insist on aluminum dies, wooden cutting dies are fully worthy of consideration.

2)  All cutting dies are designed with movable cutters. This enables better product positioning and ensures precise trimming of the product edges.

The hole punching mold process

1) Common punching types include: semicircular hole, C-shaped hole, cross hole, round hole, U-shaped hole, side hole and bottom hole.

2) We are experienced in manufacturing bottom semicircular holes, C-shaped holes and cross holes using three-station machines. For clients with tight budgets, the holes can be made directly on the trimming die.

3)For round holes, side holes and bottom holes to be fully punched out, we suggest a four-station forming machine equipped with a separate punching station for more stable production.

1) The multi station forming molds are mainly divided into the forming mold, hole punching mold, cutting mold, and stacking mold . 

2) At the beginning of the mold machining process, we use high-speed CNC machines for rough machining to quickly achieve the required mold state.

1. All our mould mounting components undergo preliminary flat grinding prior to machining to ensure their horizontal flatness accuracy.
2. Once the cutting edges of all moulds have been machined, they are flat-ground on this large grinding machine to ensure the flatness of the cutting edges.

We utilize high-precision 5-axis machining centers to finish machine mold cavities. All products are precisely processed strictly following the finalized drawings with fine workmanship.

The mould ordering process

1. All mould bodies are machined from high-quality mould-grade aluminium.

2. For products of the same diameter but different heights, we recommend sharing cavities or the lower mould body to maximise cost savings for the customer.

1. Mould cutting tools are available in two designs: wooden tools and aluminium tools.

2. All cutting tools are made from laser knife.

3. Once all moulds have been manufactured, they will be supplied with 1–2 spare cutting edges at random.

Prior to mould production, we will draw up the technical drawings; the buyer and seller will confirm the product dimensions, locating pins, layout and other details, and the buyer will sign off on the mould drawings to authorise formal production.

1. Once machining of the mould on the machine tool is complete, it is left to stand for 24 hours to allow any grease inside the mould to drain out.

2. Manual intervention is required to further remove oil residues and burrs from the edges of the mould.

We will add logo information to the moulds in accordance with the customer's requirements, which are typically as follows:
1. The buyer's company logo
2. Material identification
3. Cavity number
4. Recycling symbol.

1)The mould finish after testing, there will be sent samples to customer examine . 

2) The moulds will undergo anti-rust treatment prior to dispatch and will be packed in fumigation-free wooden crates to ensure safe delivery.

Hole punching mold

1.Molds can be fitted sideways when your thermoforming machine has splayed stations. For thermoforming machines with grid-shaped stations, mold installation shall be carried out from front to rear.

2.mold need to connect water cooling and air supply

As shown in the picture, this multifunctional mold integrates punching and trimming. For products requiring C-shaped holes, cross holes or bottom round holes, production can be carried out on a three-station thermoforming machine with this combined punching & trimming mold.

If the punching scrap needs to be completely removed, or side holes of the product require full punching, a four-station thermoforming machine with a separate punching mold is recommended.
