1)We supply plastic cup, bowl, and lid forming molds for our own factory's equipment. The main compatible machine models are 750x420mm, 750x520mm, 850mm, and 560mm.

2). We also provide customized mold services for other machine models for our valued customers. Compatible brands include Honghua, Litai, Illig, and Gabler. To proceed, customers only need to provide the dimension drawings of the original equipment's mold mounting holes and a sample.  

Precision Servo Pre-Stretching Technology for High-Quality Deep Cups

1)  Servo Pre-Stretching Structure for Uniform Cup Wall Thickness

Fitted with servo/cylinder pre-stretching rods, sheets are mechanically pre-stretched prior to positive pressure forming. It delivers uniform wall thickness (tolerance ±0.01mm) on deep milk tea and coffee cups, minimizing tearing and thin-bottom flaws.

2)  Adjustable Stretching Parameters for Sturdy & Multi-scenario Cups

Servo-controlled stretch stroke and speed support PET, PP and PLA. The evenly thick cups are rigid, crush-proof and rim-deformation resistant, perfect for hot/cold drinks and takeaway packaging.

Integrated Mold Cutting & Material Saving Molding Technology

1)  Smooth Burr-Free Cup 

RimsIntegrated annular cutter inside mold delivers clean cut edges without curling or offset.

2)  Stable & Consistent Molding Size

No secondary sheet shifting; all cups share identical height & diameter, raising yield rate by 5%~10%.

3)  Lower Raw Material Consumption

Pre-stretching evenly distributes sheet material, thinner sheets applicable for same cup height, cutting material cost per cup by 10%–20%.

4)  Superior Mold Materials

Hardened DC53 steel for core cutting parts, wear-resistant with sharp blades for smooth cup rims.Aluminum cavity with uniform heat conduction saves materials and stabilizes molding size.

1) Plastic cup molds are mainly divided into the upper mold and the lower mold. The upper mold consists of the mold body, upper cutting edge, and stretching head. The lower mold includes the mold body, lower cutting edge, and cavity.

2) At the beginning of the mold machining process, we use high-speed CNC machines for rough machining to quickly achieve the required mold state.

1. All our mould mounting components undergo preliminary flat grinding prior to machining to ensure their horizontal flatness accuracy.
2. Once the cutting edges of all moulds have been machined, they are flat-ground on this large grinding machine to ensure the flatness of the cutting edges.

We utilize high-precision 5-axis machining centers to finish machine mold cavities. All products are precisely processed strictly following the finalized drawings with fine workmanship.

The mould ordering process

1. All mould bodies are machined from high-quality mould-grade aluminium.

2. For products of the same diameter but different heights, we recommend sharing cavities or the lower mould body to maximise cost savings for the customer.

1. Mould cutting tools are available in two designs: standalone tools and integrated tools.

2. All cutting tools are made from DC53 steel, 

3. Once all moulds have been manufactured, they will be supplied with 1–2 spare cutting edges at random.

Prior to mould production, we will draw up the technical drawings; the buyer and seller will confirm the product dimensions, locating pins, layout and other details, and the buyer will sign off on the mould drawings to authorise formal production.

1. Once machining of the mould on the machine tool is complete, it is left to stand for 24 hours to allow any grease inside the mould to drain out.

2. Manual intervention is required to further remove oil residues and burrs from the edges of the mould.

We will add logo information to the moulds in accordance with the customer's requirements, which are typically as follows:
1. The buyer's company logo
2. Material identification
3. Cavity number
4. Recycling symbol.

1)The mould finish after testing, there will be sent samples to customer examine . 

2) The moulds will undergo anti-rust treatment prior to dispatch and will be packed in fumigation-free wooden crates to ensure safe delivery.
