1)  Servo Pre-Stretching Structure for Uniform Cup Wall Thickness

Fitted with servo/cylinder pre-stretching rods, sheets are mechanically pre-stretched prior to positive pressure forming. It delivers uniform wall thickness (tolerance ±0.01mm) on deep milk tea and coffee cups, minimizing tearing and thin-bottom flaws.

2)  Adjustable Stretching Parameters for Sturdy & Multi-scenario Cups

Servo-controlled stretch stroke and speed support PET, PP and PLA. The evenly thick cups are rigid, crush-proof and rim-deformation resistant, perfect for hot/cold drinks and takeaway packaging.

Integrated Mold Cutting & Material Saving Molding Technology

1)  Smooth Burr-Free Cup 

RimsIntegrated annular cutter inside mold delivers clean cut edges without curling or offset.

2)  Stable & Consistent Molding Size

No secondary sheet shifting; all cups share identical height & diameter, raising yield rate by 5%~10%.

3)  Lower Raw Material Consumption

Pre-stretching evenly distributes sheet material, thinner sheets applicable for same cup height, cutting material cost per cup by 10%–20%.

Independent sheet unwinder for easy roll loading. Pneumatic-cylinder automatic loading reduces labor workload, maximum load capacity per roll reaches 500kg
